Agreement

What we supply
We supply access to an internet television service for the term you have paid for, together with the connection details needed to use it and reasonable support in setting it up. We do not supply hardware, internet access, or any third-party media player you choose to install.
Channel and content availability varies by region and may change during your term as distribution arrangements change. We will tell you about material changes that affect what you bought.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own internet connection and equipment, for keeping your connection details private, and for the number of simultaneous streams staying within the plan you bought. You are also responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you live.
Sharing your connection details outside your household, reselling access, or using the service commercially without written agreement are all grounds for suspension without refund.
Payment and term
Prices are published in US dollars and are charged in full at the start of the term. A term runs for the period you selected and then ends; there is no automatic renewal and no rolling contract. Any bank charge or currency conversion applied by your own payment provider is yours to pay.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously, but no internet service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, upstream faults, network congestion and events outside our control can all affect playback. We do not warrant a specific uptime figure unless one is stated separately in writing.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with your subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
